The 2026 Teen Indie Award for Best Actor, presented by AMDA, is now open.
ALL OFFICIAL SELECTION ACTORS 16 OR OLDER ARE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR:
ONE FULL TUITION ACTING DIRECTOR’S SCHOLARSHIP
THREE $100K SCHOLARSHIPS FOR RUNNER-UPS
AMDA is awarding one full-tuition acting directors scholarship and three $100K scholarships to the runners-up for the best performance by an actor aged 16+ in a 2026 AAHSFF Official Selection.
To apply, you must have appeared in a 2026 Official Selection (non-documentary) and be 16 or older.
Applications close on September 30, 2026, so be sure to notify your actors to apply or nominate one or more of your actors ASAP.
Winners are announced live on the Teen Indie Awards stage at Kings Theatre on October 18th, 2026.
